If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting changes to this page. You are advised to review them periodically. If the updated Terms become unacceptable to you, you must stop using the Service.

4. Our rights and limitations
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at our discretion, with reasonable notice to subscribers where practical.
- Refuse, suspend, or terminate an account if, in our reasonable opinion, the User has violated these Terms or uses the Service in a manner that harms us or other users.
- Collect, store, and process information you provide in order to deliver and support the Service.
5. Your responsibilities
By using Orbit, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account credentials secure.
- Be responsible for all activity under your account and for the content you and your team members create in your workspaces.
- Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.
6. Prohibited actions
You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, its servers, or other users' accounts or data.
- Resell, rebrand, or sublicense the Service as your own product without our written permission.
- Impersonate another User or any other person.
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code that interferes with the operation of the Service.
- Use the Service or our brand in a manner that is misleading or harms our reputation.
7. Intellectual property
The Orbit software, design, and brand are the intellectual property of Enkamind. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal/organisational-use right to access the Service for its intended purpose. The data and content you create in Orbit remain yours; you grant us only the limited licence needed to host and operate the Service for you.
8. Payments and pricing
Orbit is offered as a subscription priced in Indian Rupees (INR) — currently ₹1,999 per year. Prices are displayed on the Service and are inclusive or exclusive of GST as clearly indicated.
Note: online payment is not yet enabled. Subscriptions will be processed through our payment gateway partners (such as Razorpay or Instamojo) once billing goes live. We do not store your full payment instrument details; that is handled by the payment gateway. By initiating a payment, you authorise the gateway and us to process the Transaction Amount using the Payment Instrument you provide.
9. Refunds and cancellations
Our refund and cancellation terms are detailed in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. By subscribing, you agree to the terms of that policy.
10. Privacy
Your privacy matters. How we collect, use, and protect your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Enkamind's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis; we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12. Service availability & data
We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep Orbit available and to back up data, but we do not guarantee a specific uptime. You are responsible for retaining your own copies of critical data. We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts the Service.
13. Termination
You may stop using Orbit and request account deletion at any time by emailing support@enkamind.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Refund eligibility on termination is governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
